Investerre is a real estate investment platform that offers accredited investors direct partial ownership of fully managed vacation rental investment properties and proportional property use. 

Our first offerings are vacation rental properties leveraging our proprietary and tested vacation rental investment thesis. These properties are managed by our in-house luxury vacation rental management company – Rent Your Keys. Our first initial offerings are in Texas and our first secondary market offerings are in Hawaii and Texas since we have already have an established footprint in these locations. As we grow we will expand geographically.

Pick a property

Create an account, verify your accredited investor status, and choose which property you’d like to invest in!

Sign and fund

Sign the subscription and partner agreement and fund your investment. If the investment has not yet hit its funding threshold you will be notified once it has closed and then at that point investors now have direct ownership of the property!

Relax and enjoy!

Investors receive an annual stipend of days to spend at the property based on their investment amount, only pay the cleaning fee! When the property is not used by investors, it is rented to cover all other costs and fully managed by our in-house vacation rental management company, Rent Your Keys. When you want to sell your equity just contact Investerre and we’ll list your share on the marketplace.

  • Nope! Nothing for the investors to do but appreciate – the property and the investment! No midnight (or otherwise!) calls to investors about issues at a property – our promise to you! All properties are managed in house with our best in class Vacation Rental investment management company, Rent Your Keys, a brand that guests know delivers a delightful, consistent, and amenity rich experience at properties with a wow factor backyard.

    Renting vacation homes, or Airbnbs as they are often colloquially known, are more popular than ever, but they often lack consistency and quality, especially when they aren’t professionally managed. Our aim is to build Rent Your Keys as a distinguishable brand for guests as well so they know that when they stay at one of our properties they can expect a unique and wonderful vacation experience with: amenities reminiscent of home (e.g., tea and many ways to make coffee, high quality hair tools, a traveling library, wellness equipment), a welcoming experience and support for any requests or issues that arise, comfortable beds and linens. Imagine a 5-star hotel experience at your own private vacation home.

  • Currently investors must be accredited, an SEC definition based on annual household income or net worth and investors must prove this status to set up an account on our platform. Our mission is to democratize wealth generation through real estate investing and to enjoy the lifestyle benefits along the way. As we scale we will increase access to non-accredited investors once we can clear legal and regulatory hurdles.

  • Our offerings are designed to be break-even from a cash flow perspective. We have reserve accounts for each property in case of emergencies and any income from the rental of the properties is used to keep up with maintenance, bolster or replenish the reserve fund, or is reinvested back into the properties in the form of capital projects that enhance the property or amenities (e.g., solar panels, adding outdoor recreation like a fire pit, upgrading interior spaces such as renovating a bathroom). This structure helps ensure that investors don’t have to invest anything after their initial investment and aren’t seeing large tax bills from the rental income. The reserve account is property specific and thus part of the direct ownership of the investors. So if/when the property is liquidated this account is distributed to the investors with the proceeds of the sale.

  • Unlike traditional real estate investing that is usually quite illiquid or that requires a specific time commitment, Investerre offers our investors liquidity options. Our platform also has a secondary market for investors to list their ownership stake. Investerre provides the valuation (market maker) for the ownership stake (based on market comparables) and helps facilitate the ownership transfer in exchange for a small broker fee: 4% (far less than the 6% often charged by real estate agents to sell a property). Short answer: If an investor would like to Investors are committed for as long as they want! Please note: there may be tax implications tied to shorter duration investing, investors are recommended to consult their tax professional for specific answers based on their tax situation.

  • Investerre takes a 2% transaction fee for initial offerings.

    Investerre takes a small fee (3%) on the secondary market transactions for providing the valuation and facilitating the transfer.

    Rent Your keys take a monthly management fee (10% of vacation rental revenue) in exchange for managing the property, much less than the 25% - 40% that you’ll see many property management companies charge, all while providing a seamless and exceptional experience for owners and guests.
